Trailer behind a TH?
In CA is it legal to toy a trailer behind a bumper pull toy hauler? If so what are the limitations?

Two bumper pulls are perfectly legal in Ca and those online towing law guides are worthless. Contact each state individually that you want to tow in. This coming from experiance not hearsay.
