trailer brakes failed, any brake experts on here?

my set up 2001 f350 7.3L pulling a 33 ft toyhauler triple axle 2007 attitude fiberglass sides,, probably about 12k empty maybe? not sure. have typical old school 7 pin connect,, 6 surround ...

My daughter had a P3 put in when she got her first TT back in MAy.. On her 3rd trip with it, she started getting a brake overload warning.... The brakes were jumpy when working.
She stopped at Haydens RV down in VA and they troubleshoot the system and determined the P3 was bad... replaced it with a Hayes ( I think, they are not home yet)
