Trailer full of flies ??
Daughters Cruiser fifth. 2014. Can flies get in via the fridge vents both of which are on the side of trailer. Or perhaps work their way in via the furnace?

If you have one or two flies, it came in through a torn screen, etc.
If you have a "bunch of flies", then there is something in the RV that is feeding the maggots.
I'd be checking to see if there is a dead rodent body or, more likely, there was food left somewhere to rot (much more likely if there are kids around).
