And I can bet that you are among the crowd that will never support any sort of drivers license to operate a motor home or a travel trailer. I have seen plenty of UNSAFE rigs and drivers on the road.
So you feel that a "safe driver" can hitch is Ford Ranger up to a 40' toy hauler and he will not have an issue and have a safe rig. I am afraid that this is not the case.
As for driving ability, I have a class A and have driven and pulled, class A's, Class C', pop ups, small travel trailer, larger travel trailers, and 5th wheel trailers. I can tell you for a fact that trying to tow too much trailer with a tow vehicle that is over the manufactures ratings is not the right thing to do, even when you are qualified to drive larger vehicles.
So folks, please stay within the tow ratings and enjoy the ride.
