After you hitch up, lift the jacks a few inches, hold the trailer brake and give it a slight tug to verify the hitch is closed and locked. Always do that, haven't dropped one yet.
As others said you will be considerably taller, watch overhangs, especially in gas stations.
The fiver will cut the corners a bit, just watch your mirrors.
Backing can be a bit tricky, the fiver will not respond to steering input as quickly as the TT. As noted, find a big open parking lot and practice.
