travel with dog in trailer?
Anyone travel with your pets in the trailer while underway? (This assumes the trailer temp will be at a comfortable level). I'm thinking I might give it a try.

One thing to consider while travelling with your pets, either in a truck, car or RV. If you are in an accident, do not expect your pet to stay put. He will likely run off in the confusion. You might be hurt and not able to get to him and he could be gone in an instant. I know, I know...I've done it myself. I've let my dog ride in the vehicle with me too. But really animals are safer confined to a crate while traveling. Just my opinion. I read once about a plane crash in South American where the only survivor was a dog in a Vari Kennel. So they are pretty well made!
