Traveling with things on counter

We have a rear kitchen and leave a counter top convection oven on the rear counter. It has never moved. We do put a free standing spice rack and a utensil holder in the sink when traveling.
In the rest of the 5th wheel we do move items off of counters to keep them from sliding. Our flat screen (loose) bedroom TV is taken off of the counter and placed face down on the bed.
We don't have shocks so there is quite a bit of bounce over rough stuff at speed.
Our dinning table and chairs plus recliners are not secured and haven't moved in the 22 years of travel.
