We lost one glass panel of our 3-section sliding shower door on our Montana. I am pretty sure it occurred when I sent the trailer's driver's side wheels over a fairly tall curb U-turning back under I-10W service road from the French Quarter RV Park in New Orleans and didn't come back down gently and slowly enough. It also could have occurred on the rough I-10 surface around Lake Charles. The dealer where I had it replaced said it was not an uncommon occurrence, though a search didn't really turn up any similar incidents in the Montana user's group. I have had no repeat incidents, even after driving through Louisiana again, though I now treat it with more respect and we always check out the door after rough roads or similar "curb or pothole" incidents. In case you're wondering, my wife does and always has properly secured the doors when we are underway, but we now place a piece of foam rubber between the sections, which are secured alongside each other when underway. The glass is not as thick as glass shower doors I have seen in domestic construction, probably for weight, and probably "wobbled" against each other causing the failure.
