Love our Momentum 385TH, had a few small issues but GD took care of them with no hassles. They even sent a replacement radio directly to me so I didn't have to hassle with going through a dealer! And yes, we do hear from the big cheezes and customer support at GD on the Grand Design Owners Forum.
