Trying to understand combined weight limits in Ontario

My understanding is I can drive a pickup truck towing a 5th wheel provided the combined weight doesn't exceed 11,000 kg with a class G license. Is this actual weight or gross weight as per trailer & ...

Thanks but now that I understand the law I can stay under the 11,000kg combined no problem.
