in most situations I think I'm fine. the issue is that it is always the "one" situation that causes the damage. I have measured it and I have concluded that the issue will be uneven ground. Going up or down grade when the truck levels out and the fiver it still on the grade will surely cause problems during a turn. when I engage the slider it solves the issue completely and I can turn on a dime and give you change. but obviously that is not what my concern is. I think I'll be purchasing a tool box that sits in the bed. thanks for everyones thoughts and concerns. I appreciate it.
