It is the 2nd Vizio that has had a Power supply fail. Didn't know the problem on the first on, but it was a 21" and just replaced with a Samsung that still works years later.
The 32" Vizio failed and I diagnosed the failed power supply and replaced it. This second failure is probably a voltage regulator but I am on the road where I can't order parts so I just replaced with a 32" Samsung that weighs less than half.
I finally figured out that I needed M8 bolts with 1.25 coarse thread instead of the 1.00 fine thread I bought originally. A pretty heavy bolt for such a light TV.
