Nice job. I am sure it will be much better than the RV oven!
It does, we gave it the stress test last night, baking cookies in the oven, while also cooking dinner on the stove top.
The cookies all came out perfectly, even heating through out, and the original gas line supplied more than enough BTU to also cook dinner on the stove top at the same time.

We've had a gas apartment slide in range in our stick built homes basement and would like to do as you did but the power distribution box is right under the stove in our 5er. Nice job with your change.
Yeah, that would make it a tad harder to do, our distribution panel is in the wall next to the door in to the trailer, so all the wiring is tucked away into the basement space under the bedroom floor.
Depending on how your cabinets are assembled and what your counter top is made of, you could always do a lower cabinet remodel, but it would depend on how much energy you want to apply to the problem.
Our next two projects involve getting another cabinet built to add onto the end ours where there currently is a tip down section of counter top, and to replace the acrylic sink the trailer came with with a better quality stainless steel.

Thank you, we were very glad we were able to do the upgrade :).

I would love to have that but like OD, my furnace is under the oven.
Yeah, we lucked out that the furnace in ours is under the fridge/pull out pantry area.
