4 Seasons at Northwood is not "Just a term they throw around." We own an Arctic Fox. Spent 3 days in Columbus Oh in a Blizzard and have stayed in at 4 degrees. No Worries.

You may want to look at New Horizons inventory
They are a totally custom 5th wheel that no doubt are expensive. However, if you keep an eye on their Inventory page you will often see some great deals for just about the best 5th wheel out there.

4 Seasons is just a term thrown around by different manufacturers. There is no industry standard so it can be anything from just a decal to who knows what. It's pretty hard to live in an RV with 1 1/2" thick walls when it's below zero The more you spend the better they get.

New Horizons, DRV, Artic Fox......probably in that order!

If you are around Baird, TX(Hanner RV) go in and talk with them. This is were I ordered my Arctic Fox after going to La Grande and Arizona to look at models. They are a great bunch of folks. A custom order will be a little higher there than some of the local dealers around the factory but I did it for warranty work if needed and to work up a relationship. I have been very happy with the quality. For comparison sake I will say it is not as quiet inside as our Alpenlite was but better than the Newmar I still have. Does not take much to cool/warm up. I actually had someone in Fredericksburgh, TX last July come up and ask me if my air was broke because it wasn't running all the time like everybody else. Full timing I would consider the 35-5Z or 32-5M. We have not tried the washer/dryer out yet but will when we go to South LLano State Park in a month. The factory will do quite a bit if asked. I deleted all 3 skylights but kept vents, deleted furniture, etc.

You might want to take a look at the new River Stone and also their Legacy line from Forest River, more in line with a DRV or the Heartland Landmark. Comes standard with thicker walls and also dual pane windows plus upgraded axles, tires and disc brakes. More of a full timer type unit.

4 season? There are only a couple of true 4 season. Mobile Suites is probably the top one.
