The whole setup depends on the Reese Revolution pin box. All of the popular tow vehicles in Oz have beds too short for any other solution. Auto sliders are too heavy.
Generally on the road the average Pickup has no problems with the setup, looking at the number of ( not many though) Pickups going up and down the very hilly/ mountainous terrain in New Zealand.. Average speed was 55-60mph
