Australian Design Rule standard is not a prediction of performance as the US “standard “.
Their is no performance test. Europeans and Japanese have similar standards, they are static equations. No subjective testing anywhere. You still have a subjective slant on this, , you keep talking about road conditions it is not a pass or fail, or anything to do with road conditions. Road conditions, temp of the road , seasons of the year become subjective aspects. Not acceptable in a standard
