X3 For Run Away!
If you are asking you don't have the skill set to fix, and pros charge about $100 per hour for labor, add up fast.
Our 1st 5er was an older King of the Road 28' unit it was beautiful, except for a soft floor in the kitchen. I am very handy, and have lots of the right tools!
Long story short replaced the back 6' of the rear floor re-framed 2/3 of the back wall, and the lower 1/4 of the drives side wall including rebuilding the wheel well. My labor was free, materials only about $250 to $300. It took me about a month of evenings and weekends to complete. It was a great unit once done, but if I would had a shop do it several thousands of $$$.
Bad Floor out.

Surprise! Bad back wall!

Back Wall re-framed.

Our 1st fiver ready to roll, we really enjoyed this rig for three years, then moved up.

Just so you know we only paid $1,500 for this rig.
