Someone is way over priced for that unit to start with "if it was in good shape" which it is not. They probably owe that amount on it. There are health issues to mold, both working to remove it was from trailer and any you do not 'get' removed to use after the repair.

RUN RUN RUN. Take your time, you will find a good one. Like said earlier you may have to travel a bit to find the one you want and haul it home or have it delivered.
