In May I replaced my TT because it had a rot issue in the back.

I wanted a much newer unit but I had to settle for a 97 in really good condition. I paid $6500. for it rather than 20G for the used one I wanted.

You may need to consider an older unit if the prices are out of reach in the units you are looking at.

Keep in mind the value of an RV drops like a rock every year it ages.
