Using a mini fridge to reduce fire hazards

I don't think you have to worry about the fridge on propane. But I don't expect your mind to be at ease just because I said so. If it were me, I would take the rig to a dealer I trust and have them do a checkup and tuneup. Including checking for any outstanding recalls. It's taking up a big chunk of floor space, so use it.

Nothing wrong with a mini-fridge in addition, assuming you have electrical hookups. The 12VDC coolers would be the last choice for me. Not an efficient way to go.
