NADA RVs is one place to start, it's a "guide" not the law. But start with it. Be sure you read what is included in the base price before you start adding options on your own, this can really tweak the results.
Then go to RV Trader & CraigsList (I suggest using SeachTempest) and search for your RV that others have for sale in your region. It won't show you what they sold for but will give you some idea of your competition is asking and what condition they are in. I do suggest comparing years from say 2010-13 when searching.
