Vehicle delivery costs
Thinking of buying another truck, but it's in NC and I'm in AZ. While I'd love to fly out and drive back, that may not be practical. What should I expect to pay to have it shipped out? GMC 2500HD 4...

Thanks, all. I have quotes out the wazoo, ranging from about a grand to 2k+, all "insured and bonded". Mm-hmmm... For that money, I'll fly out on a buddy pass from my brother (Airbus driver) and drive back. :-) Hell, if I work it right, I'll find one near Hershey in mid September. :-)
BTW, if any of you do this for yourselves, do NOT fill out an on-line form; call and speak to someone directly. The forms go to a common site and you'll get about 4x the number of quotes over the companies you actually visited.
