I totally second what MPI_Mallard said. We also know a lot of CC owners that can't say enough great things about CC customer service. The little we have needed them, they have been top notch.
Several of our fellow CCRVOC members are on their 2nd, 3rd or 4th CC. I'm sorry you are having such bad luck.
Our 2009 Silverback G2 has been excellent for us. For all you've invested, you should find a good local welding shop and fix it locally. I agree, with MPI - are you sure you're dealing with the CC customer service dept.?
