It really too bad you couldn't have brought it to the Forest River Owners' Group (FROG)rally in Goshen this year. Everything would have been taken care of for you without cost.
If I had been in your position I would have waited until March for them to fix the unit. It doesn't sound like you use it very often anyway.
We are in the third season with our Silverback and have experienced only a few minor issues.
