Very frustrating situation, going to blow some steam!

Sorry for your troubles. That old saying applies. There but for the grace of God go I. If this was my situation I'm just not sure what I'd do. I do know I'd damned sure not give a flip about grammar while relating it. I almost wonder if insurance might get involved here as the frame damage likely happened going down the road.
