Even if a sign indicates it is high enough to clear, watch to see if the road has been recently repaved! Often repaving raised the actual road surface several inches, which may not get corrected on the signs immediately. If you are driving anything over 13' be especially careful, and don't go blindly into the unknown! It WILL cost you!
