When your trailer was built it was laid loose then the cabinets etc were placed on top. There was no adhesive used. I don't know if glue will hold. It's very easy to replace the whole sheet. Cut around the perimeter. Remove the old sheet and use it for a pattern on the new sheet. Cut the new sheet out and lay it on the floor, no glue. Then just hold it in place with 1/4 round around the perimeter. Shouldn't cost over a hundred or two. Takes only a few hours. Laminate works too. I've seen quotes from dealers into the thousands to do do this. What a rip off.
