The OSHA, National and State, requirements for equipment and training and documentation are beyond the capabilities of many places like Wal-Mart that have a high turnover in personnel. If you have an employee who works on a tire, even with the training, but have an error in the paperwork the fines are very large and you can be shut down. If he or she hasn't had the approved training courses then the fines are even larger. Like it or not the Government controls every aspect of our lives. For our own good of course.
On a Class C? Bet if you pulled in with a 3500 with E tires, they'd have no problems. Why's a MH any different?
