Lesson learned. I suppose. But that stinks. Fwiw you won’t get any resolution with filing complaints with public entities. 
Those are like govt sponsored placebos. 
If they actually did something there wouldn’t be so many shady businesses.

    Yup, what's done is done.  I know I won't get much with making reports/complaints. But it's something.  I can't really sue them since I don't have the funds for it, and I'm miles away now.
