Well, one can learn to use this forum, but I'd also advise reading the paperwork. In the two Keystone products that I purchased, there were clear exclusions of the appliances from the Keystone warranty.
That being said, Keystone was also good about facilitating a resolution. A lot does also depend on the dealer.
