We have the Splendide 2100XC vented washer/dryer combo. It is pretty quiet. The nice thing is you put in a load of clothes and they come out clean and dry.
Fifth wheels over 32 ft seems to be where you start seeing the w/d prep.
If you decide to go with the apartment size, make sure you take the camper measurements first.
Line drying in the camper may create humidity problems. And I'm not sure how many campsites allow you to hang it outside.
