Washer/dryer

Another vote for Splendide, we have the combo. Works well for us.

Our Splendide stackables (Ariston) are 6 years old now and work wonderful. We now have them side by side in this rig. We did replace a hot water valve because I broke it installing them in this rig, and it was pricey, but available.

Our Splendide stackables work great. I never thought I would want or like RV washers and dryers but now I would not be without them. We have used the washer with the water pump and also when we did not have sewer hook ups. Just have to be careful to not overfill the tanks

I ordered my 5th wheel with the Splendide stackable units, have only used them a few times but I think they're great. Small loads only please and the dryer takes longer then you're used to compared to your house dryer (only 110 volts).

One thing I learned on this forum was to NOT get the Splendide dryer that is 'ventless' because it really does not work that well.

We have a Maytag Washer and Kenmore Dryer stacked in our 5er (Both made by Whirlpool)

It has served us well for a year and 1/2.

We also decided on Splendide stacked vented drier. I have not had issues with servicing or getting parts.

I'd stick with either Kenmore or Whirlpool for the ability to get service/parts just about anywhere.

We're happy with our stacked Kenmores these past 13 yrs on the road 365/24/7.

We ordered a Whirlpool stack set with our 5'er in 2003. Haven't had a problem with them in 10 years. Wouldn't have a 5'er or MH without a stack set.

Rarely hear of a problem with Splendide. We have the combo unit since we do not have room for the stackables. But works great for us.

Splendid combo. Works fine. As others have said overloading is the big issue. Others are using Sears apartment stacked pair and are happy.
