My fresh water tank gauge seems to work okay. But what I have found to be of value is watching (while timing) the gauge as I am filling the tank. Because it doesn't switch from 1/3 to 2/3 at exactly 1/2 full. It gives me a better picture of when the lights start going out when draining.
