Water heater pressure release valve
2002 Montana. How easy/difficult is it to replace a pressure release valve on the water heater? Mine has a slow drip that probably will just get worse as time goes on. THANKS

Three trailers and fourteen years later and have NEVER had one drip!
Replace it.
150 PSI? Why do you use a 40 or 50 pound regulator on the cold input?
150 would blow out every hot water fitting in the trailer.
