Nothing worse than finding that. The only way you will know is to climb up on the roof and check it out. Look at every square inch of caulk around each roof opening. If your antenna is nearby pull up the coaxial cable rubber boot. Water can get in there sometimes. Have a tube of dicor ready. It will only adhere when the surfaces are dry. Remember, water leaks can travel a fair distance before dripping inside, so look outside the leak area as well.
There also could be water in the ceiling cavity which is not a good thing. You may want to remove ceiling panel and dry things out.
