Water Pump issues??

I got a 2007 fsc 3200 weekend warrior.. I winterized my toy hauler got the air compressor out and went threw everything and threw anti freez in the tanks..also disconnected the water pump. Went to hook up water pump ..put in 150 gallons of water and turn the pump on and It took a while then water came out. But it only comes out for a min then no water comes out..?also the bathroom sink has no water coming out at all. Hook up city water and everything work great..could not find any leaks..I replaced the pump because it started leaking at the seal 2 years ago..any help would be aprreciated ...thanks
