You have this valve in tank fill position. What happens then is the pump sees low pressure in front of it, so it pumps and pumps, but the water just is recirculating and it just goes around in a circle and comes back into the tank.
When you change that valve to allow the full camp pressure to come only to your taps inside instead of to your internal tank, you will have full camp pressure from your campground.
