We found a used Montego Bay and then.....
Years ago some friends parked their 5th Wheel on our Pastors property to be sold.....We bought it and then upgraded our truck from a 2002 2500HD w/6.0 gasser to our present 2002 2500HD w/8.1.
Well, on Patti's trip home from work yesterday she saw another 5th Wheel for sale parked on their property. Took a quick trip to look at it, NICE unit (from the outside driving by) and did some checking. It was as I figured, we would need to upgrade our present truck to a 3500 now. Not even sure which model the 5th Wheel is but it looks as if the smallest is probably 2500#+ hitch weight and over 15000#.
I was thinking of going by one of the Reno RV dealers and ask them if they thought our truck would tow it. We all probably know their answer.....Oh sure, you can pull that down the road. NO PROBLEM!
Oh well, we really wanted to check it out. I may just stop by to visit and do a quick and disappointed walk through.
