We have an 07 SL2805 Billet Edition that we have had since Oct 2006 and no major issues with the frame. We took it back to WW after one year for some small waranty stuff and when we got it back WW added some frame supports to the exterior part of the frame. You could notice them because the frame had fresh paint on it. We didn't ask for them they just did it.
I don't recall any of the SL 5th wheels having issues just the SL bumper pulls and those were mostly to thin of tounges which WW was fixing the ones sold before they went under for those who brought them in.
No major issues to date just some maintenance items that we have done or had done. We take ours out multiple times a year anywhere for 2 days to one week at a time and we have loaded it with dirt bikes, a quad, and now we carry a RZR and sometimes add a Kawi 250 dirt bike and Jet ski and it is working out good for us to date.
