Imagine what $2k can do to your rig with updates, upgrades, maintenance, tires, etc. Sounds like you have PLENTY of savings to consider it.
First thing I'd suggest is to get up and get that roof inspected/sealed. If it was sitting dirty, that maintenance was likely not kept up to date.
Do you have vent covers, like the MaxAir II? Allow you keep vents open in rain.
Fantastic fan in each roof vent?
LED lights throughout?
4-stage charger/converter? Inverter? Generator is a GREAT option you have, but sometimes you only need some power, not a generator.
Good, appropriate rated tires that aren't over 5 yrs old.

Maintenance was kept up just nit washed much. Roof is in tact and all good. Definitely going to reseal.
