The bushing that goes around the outside of the bolt and into the ends of the springs. Are they tight that they need to be press fitted into them? The spring ends not the bolts. Thanks
I used a large 'C' Clamp and pressed them into my spring eyes.
Didn't want to chance any distortion/nicks by whacking them with a hammer.
They slipped right in using the 'C' Clamp
The bolts have to be pressed in due to the serrated section on bolts that cut groves into shackle holes so they don't spin. Grease holes need to be properly aligned horizontally and not move when pressing the bolts in.
