Wet bolts
The bushing that goes around the outside of the bolt and into the ends of the springs. Are they tight that they need to be press fitted into them? The spring ends not the bolts. Thanks

Snug fit may take a few hits if on the tight side but not a huge effort. Bronze is softer than steel so use a wood block if you are going to hit it.
The bolt will be a bit more effort to press the splines into the hanger. C-clamp worked fine for me.
