I turned on all the 12 volt house lights and after 10 minutes the lights started to dim. The panel said low batteries I then checked the batteries and they all showed 12 to 13 amps. IF you have 110V AC power going to converter and converter output is less than 13.2V DC then converter is bad. (Output tested on terminals on converter where battery cables connect)
IF bad.....time to replace converter
Check with this folks for converter that can easily replace your current one......on get one with a 3 stage charger so that batteries stay healthy........
LINKIn mean time....turn off AC power to converter and use a battery charger on your batteries to get them recharged
