I would not do it. For me it is not enough truck not enough engine, not enough anything to tow a 5th w. But that is just me

I think your F350 would be a better choice. If you insist on the 1500, with the good, but old, tired V6, it could be done. I would not use the gooseneck adapter on a 16 FW. If looking to save weight, an Andersen hitch would be a better choice.If just trolling, that's OK too, forums been slow!Jerry
