What accedssories do i need for a new 5th wheeler?

I going to purchase a new 5th wheeler, As part of the Offer I make the dealer, I'm going to ask for accessories. The BIG questions is what accessories do i need for a new 5th wheeler? Never Owning a 5...

Yes, a good hitch installed.
A good quality water hose
An Adjustable water regulator such as the Valterra A01-1117VP
A good sewer hose kit such as the Camco Rhino 39681
Set of wheel chocks. The BAL model 28010 for example sized to fit your rig.
