This post was written almost exactly for you - "First Trip Essentials - what you need for your first trip in your new camper"
Longest story short, there are a lot of things that you need, a list of things you should have, and a much longer of things you'll want. :)
As others mentioned, you'll need a hitch. If you're going to negotiate one in- go for a B&W Companion hitch. It's a fantastic hitch and really helpful for newbies- you're either hitched or not. (Not saying others aren't- just saying that it's a great hitch. :))
Things that I wanted with my new camper that I bought before it came off of the lot - slide toppers, vent covers, and triangulation stabilizers.
Somewhere between want/should/need is good tires. The shoes that you camper comes with are probably crap. Those crappy tires sometimes work for folks for a long time and sometimes catastrophically fail within a couple thousand miles.
Lots of things. :)
