Or better yet say he will not buy an unsafe RV so either the dealer changes to LR-E or he will find a dealer that doesn't just sell "bling"

If dealer claims the tires are OK then ask for a 3 year tire warranty in writing from the dealer. If he won't put that in writing then obviously he doesn't believe the application is really safe.

Note Primetime RV and Tredit are offering 5 year warranty on the tires.
