What are you thought about rear dinette floor plans?

The rear of the 5th wheel or trailer bounces up and down almost the same as the front of the trailer. I would guess the reason they are not made anymore is that customer didn't like all the kitchen materials and utensils scattered all over the floor. And I would think that it would be hard to get the weight distribution right on the pin with all that weight in the very rear.

I don't believe I have ever seen a FP like that. Do you have a link?
