I like the idea of putting the cord in a bucket or container - there's just one problem. Have you ever tried to wrestle one of these beasts!? The ONLY way I can get mine to cooperate is to let it sit in the sun for quite a while. MOST days in the Pacific Northwest we don't get enough direct sunlight to warm it up and it will not wind up in a very small space, especially in a bucket.
