Well as long as WE the consumers, continue to put up with this nonsense, it will continue, Be it with RV's, Cars etc. When we bought our "New" 5'er, it was "previously: owned LOL, and we have had one minor problem which we fixed on our own. There has been a change in the old adage "You get what you pay for". That is certainly NOT the case when it comes to new RV;s. We decided a bit ago Never to buy NEW,... Camper, Truck, or car.
